6. Workers Raffle
7. Good Nite !!

The whole thought process behind the awards is to get people (contestants) to attend the banquet, to participate in honoring the Overall RC Soaring Nationals Awards Winners.

The Volunteers / Workers Raffle works like this.

1. Area managers will be assigned by the Event Director, as in the past.

The Event Director will administer the Adult Tickets to the adult workers and keep track of the kids for the kids prizes.

Area managers are defined as Turn arounds, Winches, etc as has been done in the past.
This will help the Event Director,by taking the entire burden off him and allow him to run the event.

Kids Prizes will be awarded immediately after the Unlimited Event is finished before the awards presentation.

2. The area managers will keep track of their volunteers and report the days stats to the Event Director..

3. The volunteers will get a raffle ticket for each full day worked.

4. Those Volunteers who do not work a full day, are eligible to receive a LSF T-Shirt;
or one of the New LSF Kooler Mugs, or One of the New LSF Pins or a new LSF hat.
These will be distributed by the area managers or the Event Director or someone he has charged with the job.

5.Everyone is welcome to come to the Awards Banquet, however, only Nats Workers and Volunteers are eligible for the Workers Raffle.

6. The current banquet tickets may state that you must be present to win at the raffle. This is no longer the case, but we would appreciate your being there !!

7. The LSF will not incur the cost of shipping Raffle prizes.
It will be the responsibility of the participant to have made previous arrangements to have the prize picked up, or we give it to someone else.

The result: The more that you work, the more tickets you get, the more chances you have to win !!! The really neat donated stuff, from hobby shops, manufacturers, and individuals from across the Unites States

Note: We will have each worker place one ticket in the PRIMARY bucket and the balance of the tickets in the Secondary Bucket. All tickets from the PRIMARY bucket will be drawn before any are drawn from the Secondary, ensuring that every worker will receive at least one prize. I feel this added administrivia does make the process fair to all.
This system is the fairest and most random there is. Thank You for understanding.

PLEASE Thank the Donors, via e-mail, phone calls or a letter. Smoke signals, Blanket e-mails do not do anything for the donors, the LSF or this effort. Thank YOU !!
