It is with great pleasure that I announce that the following upgrades have been made by our friends in the frozen north:
Ann Tekatch Hamilton, Ontario Level II
Ray Munro Hamilton, Ontario Level II

Many thanks to both for participating and supporting the LSF.

That sounds like an excellent idea! Especially since we are in the middle of a major ice storm this weekend. All that ice on the wings makes it really difficult to make a half hour thermal flight!

You're more than welcome to come use our facilities . And I do love Canada ,but that would be on Canada Day . Quite a party in Monteal . It's the only place I've ever seen one million people in one place at one time just having a blast ( and beer )

Hi,

There is a growing group of eSAP early adopters in Eastern Canada. The group is very dynamic and growing.

I've completed Level 1 a few weeks ago. My Level 2 is going good too. However, at the end of the season I'll still be short of 3 competitions...

BTY, I'd like to thanks Ann. Its really nice to have a local LSF coordinator.

Fab.

Aww shucks, Fab, thanks for your kind comments!

The folks in eastern Ontario and Quebec are all over the eSAP programme. It's very nice to see so much enthusiasm! And they are all super nice folks, too. (Aren't *all* glider pilots nice, though???)

My soaring club is committed to increasing the level and number of competitions here in our corner of Ontario and I am looking for a way to have a central listing of contests that would be accessible. Hope to have something put together in time for next flying season.

Best of luck on your Level II !!

Ann

Our group uses rcflightdeck.com as the central repository of upcoming events and contest registration platform. I suggestions you have a look, it's pretty good and free.

For the ALES contest scores we submit our scores to the league ales.org They now support eSAP scores calculations as well.

Congrat on your recent level accomplishment.

Well, it took over a year but I finally finished my level 2. I'm thrilled to try the cross-country tasks soon.
