TOPIC: 2015 NATS Comments

This topic is for feedback from the 2015 NATS. Comments and suggestions to help us improve the NATS are always welcome.

I thought extending the registration deadline was a very good thing. I hope that can continue in the future. I know the AMA is working on a more modern registration system.

I thought the XC the Thursday and Friday before the Nats was great.

I would like to see in the future that if we are flying Nostalgia as an AMA sanctioned Nats rulebook event via other than the rule book rules that the rule deviations are fully documented and submitted on the event sanction form.

I wouldn't mind seeing more people involved in running the contest. Having Marna come back would be great. I think it would be cool to have a couple guys ,who aren't flying in the contest, watch over the event. They could see things the volunteers are missing because they're overloaded. Considering the fact the contest was manned by only a few people who were also flying in it, it went off pretty well. I'm sure it would be better with more help.
